Ingredients:

1 bunch of fresh kale
2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
¼ teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon chili powder
½ teaspoon garlic powder

Directions:

Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Place parchment paper on a large baking sheet.
Wash the kale and strip the leaves off the stems.
Cut into large pieces and place on the baking sheet.
In a small bowl mix together the coconut oil, salt and spices. Drizzle over the kale.
Massage into the kale leaves, coat really well and evenly.
Spread the kale out to make a single layer on the baking sheet. The kale chips should not touch each other, the kale will be soggy if they are crowded.
Bake 25 minutes, you will need to watch them carefully, they burn easily. Rotate the pan if it is cooking unevenly.
