1 pound ground beef
1 onion, dice
2 cloves garlic, mince
1 tablespoon fresh ginger
1 cup broccoli, break into bite size pieces
1 carrot, dice
½ bunch kale, rough chop
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons coconut aminos, or soy sauce
½ cucumber, slice
½ bunch leaf lettuce

1. Saute beef, onion, garlic and ginger.
2. Add broccoli, carrots, kale, apple cider vinegar and coconut aminos, cook 2 minutes.
3. Place some of the beef and veggie mixture into a large lettuce leaf with cucumber and roll up, enjoy!!
